We offer dead, dried, unmounted insects.

         Any mounted or already spread specimens are described as “spread” or “mounted”

• All pictures shown are samples of specimens offered unless the specimen is described as “Real photo”. The size of the photographed insects are not the real size specimens.

         Due to large variations of colors, photographic equipment, monitor settings offered specimens may slightly vary.

• Abbreviation: M – male, F – female, P – pair (male + female), M/F – male or female
• All insects are A1 quality (perfect, very good quality) unless otherwise stated:

         A1/A- – very small, minor damage, like not sharp claw, slight rub, etc – Very good specimens but not perfect                                                                           A-  – small damage, often repairable, like broken tarsus, leg or antenna, sometimes some scratches, rubs, small elytra hole.                                                           Good specimens but not perfect, often need to be repaired.                                                                                                                                                 A2 – damaged specimen, sometimes not complete, missing leg, part of antenna or 3-4 broken parts.                                                                                       B – bad quality, major damage specimen. 

         Quality check of Homoptera and Odonata does now include legs check

• Size range:

         +50mm – means size between 50mm – 54mm                                                                                                                                                                             +55mm – means size between 55mm – 59mm                                                                                                                                                                             +60mm – means size between 60mm – 64mm                                                                                                                                                                                 And so on…

• Shipping:

         We always send package after receiving full payment withid 1-3 business days.                                                                                                                         Shipping is always the same cost no matter how many insects you buy.

         Shipping cost:                                                                                                                                                                                                                               10$ or 8 Euro all international packages. Packages are registered, insured  and with tracking number.                                                                                       On request we can propose courier EMS, DHL or other, the price for those couries will be calculated individually.                                                                   For orders above 500$ the shipping is free.

• Payment:

         Payment can be done by PayPal, Bank transfer or Western Union.                                                                                                                                         We add 4% fee to PayPal                                                                                                                                                                                                               For  Bank transfers from outside of European Union all fees are covered by the buyer.

• Discounts:

         500$ -999$ = 5%                                                                                                                                                                                                                           over 1000$ = 10%

We do not take responsibility for your Custom Clearance. If you buy insects from us, please be sure that you are allowed to receive insects to your country

• Return policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

If you decide to cancel the order, the insects you would like to return must be sent back to us in the same condition as received (unpacked, not defected). After we receive the package, we will return you the full price payed for your order. The refund includes shipping fees that customer paid when he made the purchase, except for when the customers specifically requested non-standard delivery, such as express delivery courier. In that case  the package return shipping cost you need to cover on your own.

In case the products you have ordered turn out to be defective, mistakenly shipped or different from the description, following the EU regulations, we can offer to: replace the items, reduce the price or give you a full refund if you decide to send back the order. Full refund = shipping cost, product price and the returning cost.                 

IMPORTANT: Before sending back the order, please always first contact us to find out the best way of solving the problem.

• Privacy

We will do our best to respect customers online data privacy. We guarantee not to disclose and secure personal information such as address, mails, phone numbers according to international General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any changes in Privacy Policy in the future will always be updated on our website.

We do not require registration in our service to make orders. The willingness to make a purchase is an automatic acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

We need to collect only the following information: shipping address, emails, phone numbers to make sure your orders will be delivered to correct hands and on time. Other information like payment cards details are not being saved on our servers.

About cookies – our online store supports various plugins and cookies. You can reject them, but then the website may not work properly
