How to Order
- Please add the number of products you like to the Shopping cart.
- Go to “View cart”, where you can check your whole order.
- Shipping cost is always the same = 8 Euro (about 10$) no matter how many insects you order. Insects are sent by registered air mail with a tracking number. If you would like us to send order by EMS courier, please add this information in Order notes, we will let you know if this option is available and price of it.
- When you have finished buying, go to “Proceed to checkout” and please add your whole name and a shipping address. Exactly the same as has to be placed on the package.
- In the Order notes please chose payment method (PayPal or Bank transfer). Optionally you may let us know what to write on customs declaration. And information if you like your order to be sent by EMS courier.
- Send order by pressing “Place order” at the bottom of the page
- After sending an order we will check our stock and return to you with confirmation within up to 3 business days. There will be information about available stock and payment (PayPal address, bank data and so on). The stock will be held for you for 5 days
- After receiving payment your order will be posted within up to 3 business days and you will receive e-mail confirmation with tracking number
